Why do this?
Our goal is to take you standard meals and find different ways to improve them. This could include improving taste, reducing calories, diet specific tasks such as reducing carbs or increasing proteins, or just trying something in a different way.
I have worked in restaurants for over a decade. I have always loved to cook, bake, and create. I recently was diagnosed with Diabetes, so I figured why not share the meals that I make when tinkering around.
